Mysterious Art was founded 1988. The first single release in 1989 via [l=CBS] [l=Dance Pool] became #1 in the german sales charts for 9 weeks. It was the second most successful single in 1989 for the German market and sold more than 400000 copies. Stephanie Matias formerly [a=Stephanie Trautmann] left the band early. The second single entered Top Ten at #9 and stayed in the German sales charts for 3 weeks. The band performed live as a support act for [a=Madonna]'s "Blonde Ambition Tour."
DJ and producer [a=Mike Staab] had big hits with [a=Magic Affair] and [a=Time To Time]. He died on the 11th of May 2009 from a heart attack.
[a=Michael Krautter] lives in Canada as a producer for music and film.
[a=Tillmann Uhrmacher] is a well known german DJ (radio and club) and released and remixed a bunch of records. He died in June 2011.
Nicole Kolb formerly [a=Nicole Boeúf] sings in a band named Midnight Project.
